Platalink reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion.

We do not endorse any User-Generated Content and are not responsible for any content submitted by users. You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of submitting it.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping your payment information up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Platalink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Platalink's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions on the Site.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
